Suspended!!!!

Hey guys....
I was suspended this past Friday. I kicked out of a Walmart earlier in the week.
My RMS too my iPad, phone, and scanner.

Any chance I would allowed to return?????

That’s right. It’s easier to replace their $16 an hour worker because they hold out hope that store will throw them breadcrumbs after you’re gone. They don’t care if you did it or not

It’s means nothing! Mondelez management makes up cr-p and manipulates things! If they terminate you, you have two choices….walk away or fight it! How much time you have in with the company makes a
difference! If you are new, I’d walk and file i employment. They won’t fight you and if they do, you will win! If you have time in,
lawyer up! They will settle out of court.

They could of worked you around that “1” store, the fact they didn’t, means whatever the allegation is, it’s serious enough to remove you from the field completely, while an investigation is done. KEEP IN MIND, unless you can prove store personnel was in violation of some line of harassment, they’ll choose the customer over you, especially when it’s Walmart. If it’s because they never see you, you’ll need to show “receipts” as to why that is the case. Ie: daily schedule & dates whose supposed to be in store.

Had my full timer Merch make up some total BS lie cause he was in cahoots with the RMS and was kicked out of a store hadnt even been to in over two weeks cause short handed and got fired after suspension if they want you gone they will but now they should watch for wrongful termination lawsuits

Coworker of mine was suspended from being kicked out of a store. He was suspended until all his PTO ran out and then they terminated him.

We’ve had plenty of people get kicked out of stores and not get suspended or terminated! One rep they just swept it under the rug and had the order writer go in and management didn’t tell anyone.
They certainly have to investigate before they act, innocent until proven guilty.
If they didn’t do a formal investigation, I’d be lawyering up!

They have to investigate and make sure it’s not just a personal problem that they have with you. Or if they threw you out because of the 3 pallets of backstock you didn’t order.
