Does everyone have locked Walmart orders nationwide, can you cancel thru customer care , so ridiculous reps can’t write orders to what shelf needs are.

Walmart and its philosophies are sc--wed up. Their upper management agrees to lock orders for purposes of on shelf availability and NILL picks but doesn’t communicate it to store leaders. Most of Walmart store leaders used to work at a gas station or Dollar Tree and have no common sense. Walmart sends in rollbacks but store leaders don’t allow space which piles up in back room. Walmart and its employees are a circus show.
Have the store keep refusing, they will figure it out! Shout out to “Mondelez su-ks”, that’s the bottom line! Lots of opportunities out there, you’ll feel so much better once you leave! Any bonus isn’t worth it, if you even get one!
When they refuse the order in walmart they are getting a double order next delivery been dealing with this bs for awhile now
The same thing goes with locked nos that you don’t need at some other grocery stores. Cr-p keeps piling up. I always urge the stores to refuse the delivery
Nabisco su-ks!!
Been this way for a year. It's ridiculous and my backroom is filled with cr-p
If you only ordered what was needed, Mondelez would never hit their numbers. I had a locked NOS order of 50 cases of go cups for the check lanes and the store was being remolded and the store only had 2 check lanes open. Store director said he didn’t want them to come in because he didn’t want them taking space in the back room. Finally learned to have the store refuse the entire order, had to do that a lot! That’s when I stopped caring about Mondelez!
