Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

1 year left

Well us sales reps have 1 more year at most. No structure changes this year and you can guarantee in 2025 all reps will be bought out. A few may be kept for new roles in the company but the majority will be gone. Take this next year to put plans in place for your next job and don't be shocked when we are all let go. Happy Holidays and Good Luck everyone.

The trend of cheaper labor isn’t going to stop. This is corporations goals. Bottom line is profit returns to shareholders. Corporations have bought our “government” via lobbyist & incentives. So until, quite frankly, US becoming a 3rd world labor force in many states. Notice several states lowering child labor laws. Allowing them to work in more dangerous positions & longer hours. Public education being gutted. It’s hard not to be cynical, when 8 people own more wealth than the bottom 99% population combined. To be a billionaire one had to exploit the labor of others. Honestly, nobody should be a billionare, the wealth distribution gap is trending towards eliminating any middle class & upper middle class. Just look at the wage gap vs 1%-10% graph over the years. Mondelez caters to the shareholders not the “worker bees.”

It's the same song every year with you mo--ns. Instead of stressing every day and dreading the end why not leave? As soon as mission 1 hit, I found a new job. Gave my DM and RMS my 2 weeks notice the day they were setting up my new route. Best decision I ever made was leaving that cult.
