Would be nice if they gave us a severance, and let us keep the company car. But you know those cheap f—ks won’t do that with the car. An ex Keebler rep told me he got to keep his car when they were let go.
Most reps I've talked to would like to exit this company with a severance. No one I know of is afraid of losing their job, they just want the little bit of pocket change given on their way out the door. Bring it on!!!

Kroger(AKA Ralphs) bought Albertsons/Safeway(AKA-Von’s) once it’s approved by gov. agency, going to see them sell off a ton of stores(re: geography=duplicate store) across the nation. Look at what the company is doing, not hiring SR’s rather FTOW. The position has less benefits, way lower salaries, no Co. Car., no 401k, bread crumbs for bonuses. Back in 2012, the initial plan was likely get out of the DSD business by end of 2022, Then Covid hit, record profits, so making any immediate changes would reflect badly. Covid put “down sizing” of DSD, on hold by 2 yrs(ie: mission “whatever.”) and this has extended the exiting of DSD as well. There are already stores in country where Nabisco product is now going thru store’s warehouses. Kroger has been building bigger distribution centers, means to hold more inventory. Nabisco’s “DSD” model will end, but when, is anybody’s guess. Only thing that is constant, is change, learn to role with it…
