Wohoo, so exciting to see that stock price drop like a rock! All that hard work; treating employees like dirt and product loading has really paid off well! Stock at a 52 week low and nearly every employee is miserable. A double secret probation at... — read more
Quiet Firing
This company absolutely is doing a quiet firing. Making work conditions so bad that you quit. It's not just mondelez it's all corporations so they can restructure with low paying employees. 7/10 corporate employees expect to be layed off. Be... — read more
Happy New Year
Should hear about any structure changes/layoffs in the next 3-4 weeks.
Congrats
Congratulations to all the customer teams/upper management for hitting your numbers all while sacrificing our relationships with store management and recievers. You guys have really outdid yourself this year and deserve a pat on your back for all... — read more
New Years Resolution
To get a new job
Why does anyone even work here anymore
It's a joke
Get ready
Double orders Friday
All new truck drivers
Has anyone else noticed the veteran truck drivers have suddenly left. I don't know any of them who are delivering now.
It never stops…
Here we go again, another Friday coming up of Walmart deliveries and another hundred cases added to them, making everyone on my team, miserable, including me.
I’m out
I won’t be showing up Christmas week. Seems like a good time to quit with no notice. Lmao. Can’t wait to watch them squirm.
2 months
Should know in less than 2 months what the April 1st moves will be. Hopefully a buyout for us long tenure peeps.
Did you get Kellogg’s Management ?
I see you guys are getting forced orders of sh-t you don’t need in your stores. Sounds like when I worked at Kellogg’s. 😆 It’s all about the stockholders guys. Good Luck
Mission 1 is working!!
Stock is down 17% year to date!! It's really working hahahahaha
Families NOT important to Mondelez
This company is out of control. Such a lack of compassion and sensitivity. We've just been told that we will have to work both weekends before and after Christmas. How can we spend any time with our families? Worst company EVER! It's gotten so much... — read more
Upper management
Upper Management and customer teams can go fu-k themselves. Constantly loading up my backrooms. I'm telling all my stores to kick orders.
Retail Territory Manager
On Indeed they are already posting this job in some parts of the country. It's a hybrid position of the Rms/sales rep so seems like the rumors on here are true. My guess is 2 reps per team will be let go and the rms offered sales rep job?
New structure 2025
RMS position- Gone Sales rep position - Gone Territory Manager Position - New Territory managers will make schedule and oversee the territories. They will still report to a DM.
Is anyone happy here?
Or are we all just miserable?
Wish they would just fire me
Unfortunately Mondelez doesn't fire anyone. You can do nothing but as long as you shoe up sometimes you will never be fired lol
Check your Friday CAO orders!
Because they aren’t what you seen on Monday/Tuesday, they’re bumped way up! Not surprising since product loading is the new way they do business. More complaints, more rejections!
Quiet firing
Do yoy guys think this company is doing a quiet firing? Make a workplace so toxic that everyone resigns? Seems like it..
Mo--ns..
I know we can all agree that upper management at mondelez is as d-mb as it gets but can anyone explain how they think sending in cr-p we don't need and filling up our backstock area is a good thing. Now I'm intentionally under ordering everything I... — read more
2025
Sales rep position definitely going away. Too many people will work for 17/hr. No way they will keep paying people 70k, company car, 6 wk vacations when they can pay people 17/hr, no car, 2 week vacation to do the same exact thing..
So glad I moved on
I quit my job as a Sales Associate a while back and it was the best decision I ever made. The FTOWs were so d-mb and left piles of back stock and could not work an order to save their lives. The primary territory I worked on had a Sales Rep that... — read more
Out of control
This company is getting ridiculous with the forced in product. What are they doing!?!?
They want you to leave
If you've been here longer than 5 years they want you to leave.
Mondelez Layoffs 2025
Do you think there may be small/medium/large Mondelez layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?
2025
Any predictions ?
Everyone’s leaving
Multiple DM putting in their notice seems fishy? More to come? I’m just so mentally checked out of the job!
Does anybody know how many people actually work at Mondelez?
About 1 out of 3 😄
Any updates on the data breach lawsuit
Anyone hear anything on the class action data breach lawsuit with mondelez
How many refusals have you had in the last 30-60-90 days?
It's almost the norm in my area: 3-4 refusals a week. They keep forcing random products in. (I don't need an extra Oreo lemon!) I sell in an F/D feature, order what we need, and then they send 3X that 2 weeks later?? What gives here?
Why does it seem
Why does it seem management protects the workers who do nothings and treats the obes who do everything like sh-t. My guess is just to push them even more but you're likely to push them to move on.. That's horrible management
2025 restructure
Reps will be bought out. I have sources..
All these companies are Trash
The economy blows, jobs are scarce and companies like Mondelez and many others know we need a paycheck and are stuck here so they take advantage of you. When the job market was booming 5-10 years ago things were great here because they knew we could... — read more
Found a new job
I'll be free soon. Thank god. I was about to just go work at Tim Hortons for awhile but found a nice opportunity. Anything is better than this dump.
Can't take it much longer
Mondelez sales rep has to be the worst job ever.
Globalworx
Everyone should be ignoring the glorbalworx and letting it go to DM and above. All this product loading is their problem and not ours. We didn't order it. Let them deal with is.
