Set up for failure

Mission 1 was structured to fail. They can get rid of anyone and everyone and blame it on performance because nobody can be successful in this structure.

An indication on how it's been compared to past years is when the best of the best FTOWs or whatever fancy a** name they come up with either leave or get let go with little to zero notice. For those that got the pink slip, don't feel ashamed. Just be glad that y'all don't have to put up with anymore abuse.

I think you give Management way too much credit. They couldn't organize the procession at a two car funeral.

I said from the beginning mission one was just their way to make us all look bad and useless, so they could justify getting rid of dsd. Went from being number one vendor in stores based on surveys with store management, to last with this mission one garbage.

It was either on purpose or they just really are that incompetent.
