As a rep you need to just ignore the noise. Dont even look at sale numbers, don't worry about trax, don't look at the globalworx and who cares about the pitcher app but feel free to click around on it. Management and this company don't care about you or giving you adequate help. They don't fire anyone and if they ever did you'd get a severance and unemployment to leave this garbage job. Just work your 8hrs and go home. Stop stressing

At this point and based on how much has changed here, most don't mind getting that pink slip. Even if you do, don't ever feel discouraged from checking out other opportunities in which you can make more mullah.
So true! No one EVER looks at the pictures. I take pictures of Ritz on a Frito shipper! Never have been called out for this. Easy peasy🤣
Honestly, we have to be leaving DSD, it's never been this bad, and they keep stacking extra stores and hours on people. It's almost comical walking into these places..like...Oops yeah sorry gotta go..don't mind all the product that I dont have time to work, or the numbers I cant hit, bye. Please just give us our walking papers.
