What is Zero Based Routing? There are supposed to be schedule changes with this as well? I guess it’s been rolled out to other markets but starting in this market soon.

@p9 it's not that simple lol if only they will start giving u a Wednesday off. Etc once u start getting consecutive Fri sat sun off.
@nw I’d rather have four 10 hour days and be off Friday, Saturday and Sunday
I'm not working 12 hrs day. Going home after 8.
@k3 yep. Northeast region. But. How they do is weird. Mon thru Wed. Is 10 to 12hr days. Than come Thursday depending on your hours u might have a light day n half day Friday or full day Thursday n off Friday

Everything they do is stupid
Saturday deliveries, some days you'll have 4 deliveries and Thurs Friday 18 deliveries
Your total store deliveries will be cut and they will also drop some of your deliveries in the evening or at night for the next day.
Sounds like another really d-mb idea, someone’s gonna get promoted!
