Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Wake Up

For people who hold out hope this is a job with a future, pay close attention!
Stocks are just about at an all time low, huge red flag! Major investment companies have put Mondelez on the “sell” list, another red flag!
When things aren’t good, they let people go! This organization is a shell of what things were when Nabisco was owned by Kraft. Dirk has a compensation package that is gross and has been labeled “excessive” by analysts. The company management spent a ton of money moving operations downtown Chicago and the costs of that was obscene, while most major CPG organizations learned from covid that overhead is not necessary, lots of people now work from home.
Leadership is deplorable, management is a joke, and things are headed south from here…literally and figuratively.
Get out!!!!

Former FTOW Handed in my tablet back in June of 2024. Should have done so sooner my life wouldn’t have had to suffer the way it did. But like many I hoped for the better that they would either get rid of this and go back to how it was or at least make it so that this system isn’t the way things were but at least doesn’t su-k. Things got so outta hand I had to get off before things got worse. Every story I hear is how things keep getting worse and how they can’t get anybody. There’s no way this company is serious about being in dsd much longer. I just think the exit day will come at a time where people no longer speculate and when least expected like after a sales rally or something of that sort. If this company doesn’t exit DSD all it will mean is years and years of the same sh-t and nothing getting better.
