SH merging with HCCP
Not sure if everyone knows but HCCP and SH are mering in July. Well due to graduating member and cutting back on enrollment there are not enough SH members and so two teams are being moved and given new rosters pre-merge pf the programs.
HCCP RN Realignments??
Does anyone understand the new regional realignments?? They make no sense. Was anyone impacted other than being realigned?
Stay Healthy Graduations
The Elephant in the room: a s**t ton of members aren't going to get a graduation call by 5/26/17 because we can't fit it into our MOC. No one wants to actually address this or elevate it to leadership. Logistics FAIL.
Benefit changes?!?
Any chance this new benefit term (ending 12/31/17 and moving to a calener year) has anything to do with cuts? Seems strange to move to an entirely new system in the middle of all these other changes.

They are starting to write people for not meeting metric. If the majority of the people can't make metric is a system issue not a time management issue. They must planning to fire everyone.
Are PHC's now required to have a BSW or MSW
Will PHC's be required to have at least a Bachelor in Social Work to continue in this role. Seem like that maybe the direction the company is going for people in the position. I dont have BSW or MSW but I do have a Masters.

PTO, severance + unemployment?
If your position is eliminated, you get any unused PTO, severance according to the years at Humana and you can also apply for unemployment? Has anybody been succesful in getting unemployment?

I heard the PHC program is being phased out... Also more layoffs in June and August.... Coaches are telling their teams to update resumes and look for jobs. No new enrollment for SH or HCCP only SNP. Anyone else been told this?

Previous employees impacted?
To those who were laid off in the 1st round did u have to sign a voluntary form in order to get the severance pay and have you been successful in applying for and receiving unemployment benefits after the severance pay?
Has anyone received or signed the voluntary release form?
Basically you cannot claim unemployment because once u sign u stating your not laid off its voluntary! Sneaky
