Anyone in management know if the layoffs will occur today? My entire team is stir crazy.

I left 4 months ago, I feel so much better. I promise you, you do not know how miserable you are until you get out of that madness! Trust yourself, look at all you have survived in your life, you will survive this and be happier!!!! Last night I said to my husband, "why did I give them 2 weeks notice, why didn't I just walk away", not sure, probably because I have more scruples then Humana---- just quit! Trust me!

Listen up folks - this is about the 3rd time I've posted in random feeds, but the emails won't go out until around the end of the month. No, we don't know "who" or "what populations"
The decision to send the email was Humana's attempt at being transparent, but it definitely seems that the transparency we all ask for is actually a lot worse bc it leaves people distracted and worried and angry. This includes myself. I'm very angry bc I am not able to help my team by providing specifics.
We are all dynamic people with so much to offer professionally- in the end, I do believe we will be thankful to have other opportunities. I got one, was not going to make this current position my "forever" job. And it sounds like most are unhappy, like myself.

Could it be a tactic so some of us quit before? I just find it cruel they take a whole week and nothing is said about those who are leaving! Simply CRUEL!
I have completely lost all respect for this company. The meeting last week may have been to fullfill "our requests to be transparent", however, that was just a really $hitty way to communicate. As far as when, respectfully, does anyone really know. They have not followed the way they did it the last 2 layoffs. Nothing, at this point will surprise me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NOTHING!! All I can say from my life long wisdom is, take care of yourselves, take care of your families and life will go forward for each of us. Get your ducks in order and find a plan b. , as well as another job. There are so many companies doing this across this great country, find your truth, find your passion and go out and serve. Hang in there!!
Why are they making people on an already made hit list go through mid year reviews?
Our team has had members moved to monitored. We were not instructed to make them aware of this "graduation," it just happened.
My coworkers from my very large training class all have our 3 year anniversary coming up, so Im hoping the 60 day notice doesn't occur until mid Aug, but I completely understand everyone wanting to know sooner.
The latest rumor making the rounds is it might happen after mid year reviews- so 2 weeks? Dearly hope not
When is the member movement scheduled to start? My guess is the cuts will coincide with the movement since they are related. Has anyone started graduating members yet?
I'm sorry this is such f---ing b---s---. They need to tell us soon. We have families we need to worry about, school is about to start, we need answers from these people. This is terrible. I don't even want to work there anymore just bc of how they are doing us right now. Who wants to work with a bunch of liars? Not me.

I greatly appreciated the meeting last week. I'm just astonished that our leaders would leave us hanging for almost a week.
