Effort doesn't equal results

RTO doesn't necessarily address most of Fords current problems. Ford has had quality and cost issues for a lot longer than the remote work policy. RTO is primarily a knee jerk reaction to persistent problems combined with local, state, and federal... — read more

Why trash talk UAW now?

I don’t get why Farley chose to trash talk the UAW now. I guess he wants investors to think Ford will cut costs by moving some production to lower cost places, but does he think there won’t be repercussions from the UAW? Does he have a strategy, or... — read more

The industry average is 80 days. The demand is weakening. That number of days of inventory is growing every week. 2024 is going to be a disaster for the auto industry. And we are in a worse position than any other domestic manufacturer. This could... — read more

The Fake Economy

Can someone please explain how we are not in a recession? Take for example the glut inventory of 2023 F150s (and it’s 2024 last time I checked). The company is holding back incentives and these vehicles are lot rotting. Homes: 30 year low in sales... — read more

RTO announced in our "fully remote" org

3 days week in an org where the leader has been staunch that we are a remote org. This sends the message that no org is safe from RTO. If your area hasn't instituted 3 day a week mandatory RTO then it's just a matter of time.
