I am seeing this everyday at the office. People are just not motivated to do any work anymore. What has this company created?

A culture of fear and stress.
@wip Mulally changed course by saying this is the plan, this is how we are going to execute that plan and this is what you need to do for us to be successful. He saved this company. If you dont recognize that, then you are the problem.

Gotta compare the leadership styles in the past decade, we had several.
We see Alan Mulally had everyone in sync and chanting 1-Ford.
Go to the coffee and ask someone who their favorite leader was here and why, then ask about the worst. Probably coincides with work output, efficiency and people motivation.
