Well, when I was home, I had this page up on my gaming computer and could participate here. But since this site is blocked on the Ford network, I can only do it with my cell phone.

@OP. Because there is not much to talk or post (yet). We are going through the "talent review" and the annual objectives are being propagated down the chain now, at the end of the 1st quarter. SMH.
The talent review should start from the top, and we should get rid of the Ford family and all the clueless bloodsuckers in the C suite (and the next 3 "leadership" levels). Of course, we know the game is rigged, and the GSRs are the ones going to be found "lacking talent", and "miraculously" Ford will find top talent in the LCCs. Also the FnFs in management positions will have the perfect excuse to why they are not delivering the goals. It is not they are clueless ba----ds, no sir, is the lack of talent of their teams, even when in some cases the only lacking talent in the team is the manager.
Let's look at the silver lining... This talent review is due in July, so probably Ford will start the layoffs in August/September. We have a few more months to find another job, save some money and prepare ourselves for the pink slip. Until we are closer to August, things are calmed down, not many grapevine news (except merit/bonus), and there isn't much to post in this site. Nothing to do with RTO, just slow times and the same sh!t.
After all, besides the talent review, nothing has really changed in the company. We still face the same issues that we had in the last years. I think the workforce is so demoralized, they don't care anymore. No GSR has hopes of the company getting better. Myself, I don't care anymore. The only reason of this post, is that you @OP pi---d me off with your silly comment, and I wanted to let you know the real reasons. And yeah, I had a bad day at work today.
