I'm desperately looking for a new job to get away. I'll take anything half-decent just to get away. I used to love my job, but so many things have changed in such a short period (just a few years) that Ford has become unrecognizable. I swear, even leaving with a pay cut looks good right now.

Buddy, this whole forum is made up of angry big talk do nothings.
They're all going to complain but never leave. Likely because they couldn't ever get a job with a company half as good as Ford.
Eventually they'll get fired or laid off and then they'll tell everyone how right they were about this company all along.
You would have been one of the employees that took part in the blood bath of continously blaming others, backstabbing etc
Now your methods contribute to the downfall and you must be having no one left for that culture and you want to complain.
I left Ford for a position at Stellantis, and never looked back.
Here's a thing I don't understand about these posts. Do people not have any other choices but to stay? I can see that it's nice to vent...but if you had other choices and they were viable, wouldn't it be better to go ahead and complain about this ...then round it out with"...and that's why I'm leaving...good luck a- holes..." wouldn't that make you feel better? Why complain before even taking action? If you've tried and just can't get out...then by all means complain...but for the love of anything....at least try 1st. Everyone has heard all the reasons people are upset with their employment for one thing or another. Be different and do something about it.
so go on then
"has become".
Where have you been the last 6 years? Hackett at Jr's bidding made this a toxic place to work.
This company is a garbage place to work with mediocre at best employees.
Not one person I have worked with I actually respect.
If you want career stagnation, politics and no growth for 10 years, it’s the place to be
If you are half decent, you should have no problem. If you are here in another month still complaining, you should be thankful Ford is still willing to pay you.
