Well anyone who is a real ford employee in NA knows what the pool % was for 2023 as it was announced and subject to performance and salary range adjustments.
Not a single person I know got this target.
All were significantly below it by 30 to 50 percent.
The kicker is that I know of multiple LL6s who had their inputs for their team reduced significantly at the LL4 and above level.
It does not appear to be a you got two percent less so you got two percent more.
They do not seem to have actually spent the percentage on raises they said they would.
quite a few bonus's were raised above 100 percent of target.
After what they gave the union I think the announcement of the high percentage target was to shut people up for a while.
Obviously rethought it and raises are way lower.
Very very poor for morale.

Getting an email saying 6% and getting 4 is demotivating. Also being told 75% is the new 100% was a flat out lie.
Rethinking purchasing that new vehicle. Not gonna lie.
I got slightly under 6% but it doesn’t really matter even if you get 10% if they lay you off in the coming months does it - so that the family gets to retain their share

LL4 altered the merit.

I am a GSR and surprised to got a little over 8 percent raise.
I hear differently orgs have different targets..
Mine was better.
If you're a low performer you're gonna have a lower merit and bonus.
I was On target and got just over 4%. For my group the old 100% is now around 94-96%.
I got a little over 6 percent raise.
@fyz, where are the people who got eight or nine? People who get eight or nine percent don’t bother checking out a web page about layoffs.
Is the SG promotion a separate budget from the merit increase?
The company communication on our bonus and merit was clear it was for GSR to LL5.
It would make sense in the mess that Ford has become that there is a way for LL4 and up to get even bigger raises and bonuses by limiting the six percent total pool.
Because that is what it is and was announced as for NA.
Six percent total pool for merit.
They know salary is not happy with Union deal if they get nothing.
So announce a high merit and let it sink in and quell the unhappy masses.
Then when merit time is really here, just don't give out that amount.
It is not like bonus.
Very hard to get a hard data that we were sc--wed out of promised compensation.
Just like when you do the firings in small enough groups.
It never is really seen.

I have good info on PD/PTME and mean is way below six.

Pretty simple.
I know a lot of people who received 6%.
I explained in another thread, LL4s tell the LL6s to give under budget and they will balance at their level. Well, what I’ve seen is we are told to only spend 90% of the budget but then my LL4 came back and trimmed more off that. I do know of one top performer who got well above average, base pay plus a one time bonus and RSU. But strange that none of my team (more than 10) got recognition like that. Brutal.
The money for Farley’s salary, Farley’s podcasts, Farley’s race car driving, Bill’s train station, Fields’ subscription dreams and LL bonuses has to come from somewhere.

I wonder if PTME was hit the same way.
I know a lot of people booked the six percent raise.

Oh and if Apple gave up making a car how do we think our skunk works will make an affordable EV that we make profit off of.
