I work is CX (formally AS), Just received a call from my manager that I was not affected, but he was making the calls to other folks to tell them if they were or were not affected by the LR. This call came out of the blue, no 1:1 scheduled.

Do you still hangon to work laptop after handed the pink slip if you choose to stay till the very last day (30 days?) Otherwise, how are affected employees expected to find another job internally within 60 days? Sorry if this has been asked before.

Pay cut to avoid LR?

If I ask my mgr for a pay cut of 10%, will this keep off the LR list? How about going on PTO for 3 weeks starting from next week? I don't think people on PTO can be LR'ed. Anybody tried these tricks? Share other tricks to beat the LR.
