Is Cisco ACI doing good and earning revenue for Cisco? Is it safe to join the Cisco ACI team? Is the ACI team doing layoffs?

Cisco's ACI is NOT the direction of the industry, Layoffs always occur in every group, every year. Pushing the bottom 10% out every years was OK, when people wanted to work at Cisco, and they could back fill with better people. Not the case these days. I would avoid, as the lack of performance reviews and frequent layoffs are horrible conditions to work under.
The enterprise BU had, as far as I know, only minor layoffs in the past. Nothing really to worry.
