Does anyone know what the amount is and if it's a flat bonus or it depends on clearance level? I have a TS and a possible offer.

Ha! Not everyone gets that bonus. I was hired as a contract-to-hire worker for a position that required a clearance. Obviously you don’t get the bonus while a contractor, but once hired I still didn’t get the bonus. When I “inquired” why I wasn’t getting it & my co-workers were, I was suddenly out on a PIP & let go. Funny how my work was good enough to be hired & good enough for the mid-year bonus, but suddenly bad when I asked about not getting my clearance bonus.
BTW, it was $1500/quarter for a Secret clearance back then.
Depends on level. Paid Quarterly. TS 20k/yr.
