In recent years major IT jobs are compromised to H1 and work is outsourced to Asian countries increasing the jobless rate that the so called white collar jobs. Local youth are moving into real estate, teaching, restaurants and grocery stores. Look at Cisco, the leadership jobs are compromised to Asians and non-americans
It is a known fact, all tech companies are preferring and hiring H1 in lieu of local talent/resource
