0509 was one of the few stores that wasn't hit by the layoffs. Seriously in shock and a little worried actually. I'm not a manager but JCPenney went down the same way. Hoping i still have a job in a year.

Has anyone had a lawyer look at their severance paperwork? Anything to note? I'm still waiting for mine to arrive in the mail.

Has anyone filed yet? What are the steps? I'll look online for details but wanted to see if someone had tips here....
