All the battleworn left behind are wondering who or what level is next. Very hard to get back to whatever normal is now esp as there has been no communication from anyone Dist or Reg. Zero. We are all traumatized at what just happened and now come emails cold hearted about moving on and black Friday only 14 weeks away. Excuse me but we just had black Thursday and that has left a scar nobody seems to want to address. The Dist and Reg silence is disappointing at best. You all kept your jobs please make that valuable and make sense somehow. Please especially comment on what TWO protected 'associate relations' jobs contribute now. WTH is that job anyhow? Somebody's relative no doubt. All the familia so well protected in this despite their zero involvement. Sad to see BBB go down this way. So sad.

That questionnaire revelation kinda hurt, so far I've tried to not view this as personal.
BUT chances are even if I had made the cut, the writing would be on the wall....
Just found out from an ASM that DMs had to fill out a questionnaire that was about 100 questions long on each manager. Answers were either yes or no. Those with the most yes answers were kept. This had to be done about 3 weeks ago. How well does the DM know all their managers?
So true the co valued desk jockies who can spend alllllll day on a table or a spreadsheet ooooooh color coded that nobody can read or process cuz they are either on register or running the floor. These people and their useless contribution esp now are mind boggling when supposedly we are stream lining. How do they justify a paycheck??? Ty for spending alllll day with your coffee and your excel skills. No time to read it I gotta go for backup cashier. Seriously please cut the dead weight at the top. So much wasted payroll.
