Like many corporations, they're pretending to hire but in reality, those jobs will not be filled. We are in a stealth recession, where corporations, media, and govt are all desperate to hide it from the public.
BBB and others post jobs so the govt web crawlers find them and add them to the stats of job openings that are reported as "Job growth" and that becomes reality. It's all a lie, the economy is in terrible shape and they know it, but they are doing everything they can to hide it.
