Long term full timers at my store feel layoffs for us will happen soon.....we all have 3 to 4 weeks vacation time ....sick days....higher pay.....they will get rid of us and hire part timers. All corporate wants is to get it to where they don't have to give benefits to the sales force!! Good luck hiring a bunch of part timers who don't give a crap and will jump ship when a better deal comes along.

This no manager situation is a night mare....you have to have some dept leadership and direction...full timers are sick and tired of hearing "well you've been here so long you're like a manager"...no thanks...getting no where near the mgr $$ and don't need even more added to my plate!! Hey corporate, you get your butt over here and help.... your stores depend on the sales force...and you are just screwing them over!!
