Getting rid of the receiving manager at 4th quarter and then hiring 2 part timers to take his place was the decision of a corporate idiot!

Disgusting. My old store it out of control. (Front end). Can’t believe they got rid of me. Yes it was because of my salary but would have taken a pay cut.
I was one of those "over paid receiver's".
I never dictated my pay, never refused an assignment, short of being a competent cashier would do any and everything in my store.
I would have taken a pay-cut, especially if I thought it would help fund more hour's for part-timer's and I worked less (than 50 hour's).
My old store is in a chaotic death spiral during 4th quarter.
Corporate idiot indeed.....
Just illustrates the disconnect as to what goes on in a store....
