Is severance pay being offered?

At least 11 associates let go in the Walmart Corporate Tax Department today including myself. Lots of good people that did huge volumes of work.

Sad to hear this about the corporate layoffs. Having dealt with Walmart over my career I always found them to have too many layers of "fat". Most of these corporate jobs will not be missed. Sad to say.
