Yes he does. I am in the same boat as him. Take a severance,if they offer it, and find a new path. Best of luck to you both
My husband just told me he finds out his fate tomorrow at 11. No matter the outcome, atleast the mental anguish will finally be over. I told him no matter what he should search out a new job elsewhere. He's been with WM for 12 years and is extremely loyal and dedicated. He deserves better.
