Why do we always have layoffs in August?

Why not March? Or Feb? Honestly, they (sr execs) can be a bit more original. This is sad and sick, people are anxious and they do it every year. It's OK for them, go buy that extra Aston Martin and another lake house. Disgusting!

Sprint & Metro + Grant's QA

Ops mid level managers got cut left and right . Many impacted from Sprint and even Metro. ICs are let go today. Grant’s QA is also impacted today.

Any specifics as to work groups let go?

Looking for info for family members who may have been affected by today's mass layoff. Any specific groups entirely laid off? Are they focusing on Former Sprint staff or is it across the board?

Massive cuts today! Were you hit?

I’m seeing a lot of coworkers saying they were cut today. It’s horrible and sad! My boss is 14 years is packing up his stuff crying, why do the good ones get let go? Were you hit?

Where is the press on this?

With all the cuts nationwide why aren't we seeing more press coverage on this? I know T-Mo is doing this strategically to avoid WARN notifications, but this is still far more than just a few redundancies here.
