Don't hear anything about layout, T-Mobile is looking good.
You guys are literally making sh-t up. No call centers are planning to be closed.
we know how T-mobile works, launching new network feature/device without any testing, care does not do their job, engineer make bad design all the time, vendor(E/// or Nokia) is always playing game, what do you expect to work here ?
I heard the same. Major overhauls are incoming. If you are in a low performing call center, you might want to seek new employment.

Layoffs are monthly. Watch the bonus will probably be over 100% too.
