First wave of tech restructuring has officially hit today, in store techs are going bye bye. I just got out of a zoom, A little birdy told me that a lot more Tech changes are coming.

As someone who works front line tech care, please reorganize my role out so I am offered a severance package. I am so ready for that to happen.
This was not T-Mobile who laid off 1,000 employees. Those people didn’t work for T-Mobile. They no longer needed the services of those.

Ultimately the stores are branded T-Mobile. It's a T-Mobile vendor, but this all comes from Frier.
Confirmed today, almost 1000 T-Mobile employees were cut yesterday. SMFH!!!

Right, T-Mobile doesn’t use Zoom. it wasn’t T-Mobile. Another company did this. I agree with the other poster, I’m glad this is gone. 2 years to late. Nothing but headaches.

Nothing to do with T-Mobile. That was a third party service that carried over from Sprint. T-Mobile never had that pre-merger. Total disaster. Glad it’s gone.
