In 2022, our BU (RNEO) had layoffs on August 30th. This year too it seems we will have it on the same day. I guess it’ll be this way for few more years. Anyone remember which was the first Business Unit to be impacted last year?

I checked my entire store in UKG, and found out none of the employees have received their schedule past August 26. To me, that seems like a strong sign something is going to happen like everyone here has speculated.
