Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

I am sorry if you are impacted or if you are having anxiety. I was part of the 2020 cohort. After giving 8 years with 70 hour weeks, I felt betrayed. Even had people take credit for my work to get the PEAK award. The truth is, I make the same pay but only work 40 hours. With the extra time, I have been doing side hustles. The thing is the culture changed. T-Mobile used to have talented but humble people. Now, it’s backstabbing. I now work for a team where the manager says he hopes that he can give us the skills and experience to build our careers. I feel bad for those of my friends who are still at T-MOBILE. If you get impacted, it will hurt. However, in a few months you will be happy. In a few years, you will only remember your colleagues.
