Managers got let’s go too and some were legacy magenta. This is about former Sprint executives still running the “New T-Mobile” while the people suffer the consequences
And the former CEO sits on the board of directors.
Let’s stop pointing fingers at each other and hold the leaders accountable that don’t seem to EVER get laid off.

Lumping all of legacy Sprint together is just ignorant. I'm legacy Magenta and happen to work with some great/smart people that were absorbed over from Sprint.

T-Mobile leaders did nothing but lie to Legacy Sprint employees during the merger. Shift workers lost all shift differential. T-mobile managers won't listen to anyone that was not legacy TMO even if they have over 20 years experience doing the job.
My department is also being outsourced. It has been horrific. The management is nothing but liars and crooks. T-Mobile never used to be like this until Sprint merger.
Peoples who’s departments are in process of being outsourced are they giving managers a huge compensation package to oversee outsourcing their team? Then all FTE employees let go once the outsourcing is done?

Well, guess I won't be calling the helpdesk. I'll just keep trying until I break something.
Are they seriously outsourcing the service desk now too? Anyone kept on will be used to train the outsourced vendor, fed empty promises, then let go when finished with. They are outsourcing all teams and doing it in the most shady way possible, lying, and treating people with zero respect. This company continues to go down hill.
