Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Mint Mobile and the DOJ

Given there were lies and misrepresentation to the DOJ while under oath, could this effect the purchase of Mint? There are some similar arguments about the positive effect of the merge being pitched.

What I never hear is David Glickman the principle of Mint Mobile attended The Wharton School of Buisiness… as did Mike Sievert. So the BROS.. make sure each make billions while the common man.. well gets laid off. Mint Mobile sells on the T-Mobile network. So T-Mobile is already getting money from them. Why is this such a good acquisition?

I wonder if Ryan Reynolds has blackholed all Sieverts text messages.

Mint Mobile is a terrible acquisition by T-Mobile. The numbers don't make sense (acquisition cost per subscriber, revenue per subscriber). However, Mint is eating into some of T-Mobile subscriber base so SLT is perhaps scrambling to eliminate the threat.

Mint Mobile is not merging with T-Mobile. Maybe acquired.
