No joke, last Saturday I pulled a 12hr shift and cut 18 cases myself, not even including what the other 2 cutters did. Sunday morning the case wasn’t even filled and we had zero backup.

What all is the member specialist duties? No longer a desk?

The vine representative are getting paid for doing nothing haven't seen mine in 6 months and if you get lucky and see one they stay for 20 minutes and make up an excuse and leave such a waste of money.
