So when did Block Scheduling become optional? I thought what your schedule was, is what it is and couldnt be changed? Funny how people can come in when they want, and get their block scheduling hours changed. Favoritism at its finest.

You guys forgot the phrase "at the needs of the company", example; you and six other cashiers, merchandisers, club pick up associates are scheduled 4am to 12:30pm, something unforeseen happens and you have no one on the evening shift. Management can, with 24 hours notice, change your schedule to let's say 3pm to 11:30pm. They can change your schedule to whatever is necessary to run the Club and take care of the members. The members come first, without the members we would not need any associates.
Corporate should really get their stuff together and look into that! ughh
Block Scheduling is a joke. If you are a favorite of management, then you come and go as you please.
Not at my club they change schedules every 2 seconds and don't communicate it to you at all.
