Not sure what happened but I did not get my covid bonus
I got a email saying I need to reach out to the incentive team
I did 5 days ago and still no response
How do you mess up giving your employees bonuses?

Make sure you get your Dr. note to Sedgewick that it was necessary for you to quarantine or that you had Covid. Still needs to be justified in order to get paid. Happened to me back in April. After not recieving on my following paycheck I had to call on what was still needed
Even on a covid leave im still a active employee
Its said if your employed as of July 31st
Doesn't matter that your on LOA
If you were inactive on Loa it may affect the bonus.
I reached out to the incentive team before. Don't bother.
I was out only for 2 weeks on a covid leave
but it was mandatory
I haven't missed work other than that
