The healthcare system I’m working for is being acquired by optum. All of IT is moving. What should I expect? Are they going to lay us off after the integration? Are they going to outsource jobs to India?

Kudos to those who manage to have a side gig, but considering how overloaded I am here, it wouldn't be feasible in my case. However, it seems that there are quite a few of those who have side gigs?
