Flex team should receive a severance. They contribute to the business just like the rest of the team but get no holiday pay, PTO, or anything, and paid less.

Does anyone know the real number of eliminations. Macys says 3,900. But, I bet it's a whole lot more than that.
Layoff went great today.
Came in from furlough, and right away was called in for a meeting with my boss. I thing I nailed it and really impressed her. I was poised, ready for any questions, and totally aced the layoff.
