We lost our entire LP team during February’s cut. Word must’ve got out because “customers” are taking things out by the bags full. Some come in with suitcases! We have to remove some fixtures off the floor because they’re completely emptied... 🤯
They don’t even run out anymore... just saunter out the doors.

Yeah, they were taking the risks and protecting the profits, doing the work while you were walking around slurping coffee and giggling at the MyStore app.
I’m AP and they cut my hours down so I’m part time. I couldn’t get more info as to when I can expect to go back full time.
From my new manager: (was assistant - our OM/AP was moved into the OVM role), we aren't making apprehensions unless really blatant/reoccurring/high dollar. We're supposed to wear VSO jackets now and stand in front of doors. Irony: Have to wear face masks, however, the jackets are old, disgusting, and being shared by the team. A smaller Macys near us lost their whole AP store. I think the writing is on the wall and the whole store will probably go after the holidays or the next lock down. I haven't been back yet and he told this to me last week, so much could have changed by then. With Macy's, it's a real shi*show.
