Recruiter said any promotion after 6/30 means no pay increase until 1/1/25. Have never heard of taking a (new) promotion at prior the position’s pay for 6 mos. being a banking industry standard.

Anyone hear of anything going on today?

In my 2022 annual review, I received three O (on track). Can I be promoted in January 2025? I have been a Senior Associate since 2022 and with the company since 2018.

Last year layoffs happened on Feb 8th anyone have an insight if this will happen again around the same time? Or if there will be any??
