Endless job cuts will not cover up for failed mgmt

Unfortunately by the time they realize that is after they've gutted all the non-management roles several times over, then they will gut management too but by that time all the hardworking folks have already been sc--wed over multiple times :(

We're riffing constantly regardless of the economy because they're overhiring to put ppl up for rifs.
It's like someone else said, we're hiring but we're firing as well.

Classic eg. Our team went from 4 devs (1 team) to 16 devs ( became 2 teams) all within 9 months, only to to rif total 5 devs this year.
This is failed and toxic management and specifically for our team, it had nothing to do with performance. Our teams just didn't have alot of stories to do and yet they kept on hiring like mad crazy.
We were sharing stories I kid not!
