My manager canceled 1 invite (not entire series) of monthly 1-1 meeting next week.
What does it mean? Something ominous on horizon or I am over-anxious unnecessarily?

In my CCB world, my manger cancels our 1 on 1 ALWAYS. Doesn't even send a ping to cancel. Like he is so busy!
Chill, your manager only cancelled your meeting, they didn’t cancel your job…
The time to worry is when they change your meeting from morning or mid-day to end of day. That's when I knew I was getting the boot. Life is better since - good luck!

Had a similar thing, my boss boss schedule a meeting out of nowhere when I asked her she said she just as doing an annual meeting and greet. Kinda weird tho
I think you're worried unnecessarily although it depends on your location, here TX seems all going ok thus far....
