The layoff emal is confidential email sent with a red exclamation. You will know wh in your team is going by the im and who is in a meeting. By the end of the week you will be told to use 3 days of pto. Deletes more money they don't have to give you.
And now another upper leader is retiring
Yeah, this totally doesn't look like a sinking ship with the elite secretly dropping the life boats off one side while all of us plebs are distracted trying to cover the hole on the other. Totally.
Enrich Software-Grrrrr
Did anyone see that we can now use Enrich Software for Financial Planning? Humana has identified financial insecurity among associates and this is their solution? Assuming we are too stupid to manage money? Here's a thought Humana: Maybe our... — read more
Writing on the walls for PHCs
After the recent mass layoffs for PHCs, Humana is now hiring for RNs. I feel that the writing is on the wall that PHCs will be released and our positions given to RNs.

Experts are calling Humana out for over-paying our CEOs

We're being forced to call more and work overtime to fill the cash cows!
http://www.wdrb.com/story/34697250/humana-ceos-197-million-pay-nearly- It's ridiculous to know they are laughing all the way to the bank while the elderly are not able to pay deductibles or afford to see a doctor. When will the madness end. This is a... — read more

Hi Page WellBeing Article-GLARING GAP
Not sure if anyone checked out Hi Page Well Being article, but there was a section on Security. Strangely, it did not mention the devastating effects layoffs have on remaining associates and the impacted. I challenge Humana to include that data, so... — read more
Anyone else get an invite for an all associate meeting next week with MF or is this just a special invite for the next wave of layoffs?
This calendar invite had no information other than where to log in, unlike today's meeting invite which described the meeting. It must have come when I was off last week and I didn't notice until today when someone else mentioned it. Sadly, we are... — read more
Three HAH executives leaving
In case you missed the meeting today. Three people in HAH upper management retiring including Craig Diabolos. Plus the shake up and retirements at corporate upper management last week. Not a good sign.
I think they are getting ready to fire non-clinical staff
Our bosses asked us what our degrees are in. They didn't mention us in the meeting. We should be worried.
ANOTHER ALL ASSOCIATE MEETING NOW FEEDING MORE GARBAGE

Has anyone else been told what hours they have to work?

Coincidence?
I just wanted to bring up an interesting thing. There was an earlier post on this thread by someone asking for a "Head Count" as to who is looking for outside employment. I have not been looking and don't plan to until I am actually laid off (I plan... — read more
