Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Confusing

So my manger always has weekly team meeting and stated that despite the employees that have been impacted for June layoff that not to worry for the others... no compassion! Oh on top of that they are. Timing 5 people from a different dept to help the department with task when the 'impacted" are gone. Makes no sense your admitting the dept needs help but are releasing the other to bring other people who will have to be trained to do the impacted job. I want to go postal but refraining myself

Oh on top of that age stated that there bringing 5 people from a different dept to help my department with task when the 'impacted" are gone. Makes no sense your admitting the dept needs help but are releasing the same amount of people your letting go to bring other people from another depth "who will have to be trained to do the impacted job".I want to go postal but refraining myself
