I'm tired of not being listened to

What annoys me the most lately is that management is determined to ignore everything people who know what they're doing and who are experts on the matter are saying and instead will continue to give us orders that came from them and are completely... — read more

Q2 show

Even if it was in the context of wfh, but to say ' the pandemic spoiled the people ' is so lacking of empathy. Many have lost family members, friends or got sick themselves. This statement is inhumane

Fiserv Wants You To Quit

They ran out of the allocation for employee separation capital already. RIF #1. Layoff the most tenured employees ($$) first, give full severance and assist with finding another job. This was the least they could do for these 10-30yr folks. RIF... — read more

Working under the radar

Isn't it unfortunate that once great employees, who gave so much to this company, are now demoralized and try to stay under the radar as much as possible until they find another opportunity? How many are there who give less than 50% of their... — read more

Fiserv Down 5 Points!

Mornin' Frankie, why couldn't you bluff the market this week? Are we running out of employees to layoff? FI complaints and the FISERV reputation is kaput? FedNow will overtake Zelle, Carat, and Clover? To all the ~40k employees at Fiserv... It... — read more

Q2 replay

Wow. I just heard the replay while getting ready for my day and I don't know how to feel about my CEO calling return to work a spoiled mentality. On top of that the willingness to have a constructive debate on. I understand that the pandemic forced... — read more

Can't say

Can't say that I understand any of the complaints from current employees. First Data took over 4 years ago, 3 if you want to count when Yabuki left. Frank has always been an a$$, cares more about the shareholders than employees (and that shows). This... — read more

Calling Employees Spoiled

In the middle of a Labor Shortage, when competition is fierce, and you’ve already lost a ton of business knowledge is the single d-mbest thing any CEO of any company could say in 2023. I don’t care how smart the shills say he is (he’s not) or how... — read more

The Crown and Frankserv

To those you that have watched The Crown. There seems to be a lot of similarities between Frankserv and the Monarchy. He is completely out of touch with the work force. He does not understand the day to day struggles. His outdated work philosophy in... — read more

Stop taking jobs that are below your level, please

I understand that most of us want to leave Fiserv, but it breaks my heart to see amazing people selling themselves short and taking jobs that are so much below their level in everything, including pay. Fiserv is not worth your backtracking your... — read more

RTO Challenge

So force return to office and layoff remote workers. Please explain how letting go decades of knowledge and hiring someone new for more money is a win for or clients and Fiserv? The tax breaks in BH don’t even come close to covering the increased... — read more

Post Frank’s tirade check-up

How are we feeling after Franky’s tirade today? Personally, I’m so glad I am on my way out of here. People leaving might be exactly what he wants but at the same time, his old school mindset clearly isn’t ever changing. Everyone’s that’s currently... — read more

Stock down, we get scolded

The man’s moods fluctuate like the stock. At some point when is someone close to him going to tell him how he speaks to us is totally unprofessional and condescending. No one… because they want you to quit. If you don’t think this is calculated... — read more

Q2 meeting today

Who has their bingo card ready to go? Is it too much to ask for leadership to have a meaningful conversation with their employees? . And not just repurpose their stockholders meeting with the associate meeting. Really would be good for Fr@nk and his... — read more

Laid off but not immediately

Has anyone else gotten laid off but then your actual lay off date is in the future? That’s what happened to me, I was laid off Monday but instead of it being immediate I still have two more weeks. It feels weird just working and wrapping up... — read more

Whining

About 90% of the the whining here comes from OFS. And about all of that is the Ohio office that spent the last 15 years in party town dating each other. This is a business with expectations and goals. We brought some east coast discipline to this... — read more

My time has come.

I got the touchpoint meeting today and as of about an hour ago, I'm not longer a Fiserv employee. You would think they would at least have let me go on the morning rather than squeezing work out of me. Lincoln. Product Manager. FI.

Same Playbook, what Mike Lawrie did to CSC/DXC

Same playbook Frank is using. High compensation in form of stock drives the moves to maximize profits. CEO is Chairman. RIFs and force outs, weak pay raises, poor morale, upset clients, loss of top talent etc ... final result is CEO and senior... — read more

Proof

The proof is in the results. If you believed in the company over the years and utilized employee stock purchase you’d be sharing in our shared success. Our leadership has guided us thru tough times and made hard decisions. And now we are... — read more

We hit the iceoburg

Get out before this Titanic sinks

Many have said it before but I believe it’s worth repeating. Fiserv is going downhill. There is no future for anybody here. If you are smart - and I know the majority of those who have been here since before this whole mess started are - you are... — read more

I dream...

Of the day I can say, go to @#$^ Fb, I am out of here. Of the day that karma catches up to Fb and crew. I am a long time legacy fiserv employee. It was not a perfect company but it was a good place to work. I was proud to be here, now.....not... — read more

Very toxic management

Isn't it sometimes unclear whether the management is actually working in the best interest of this company or not? Sometimes they are just very destructive. I don't know if they are aware of that or not.

Clients complaining

This is becoming a huge mess. I'm wondering if those at the top have any idea how much clients complain, since I haven't noticed that they are doing anything to make them more satisfied?

Curious

How is HCL working out, IT support?

Whiny bi--hes

Stumbled across this page and disappointed in many of the negative comments about working at Fiserv. I’ve been an employee for many, many years and it’s been great for me and my family. Would highly recommend it. While there have been some difficult... — read more

Saw Frank’s email of the survey results

This is a work of fiction. No one I know believes a word of it. We’re tire, we’re angry. We’re overwhelmed with projects because we’re short staffed. And his yes-men lackeys aren’t helping. I’m just fed up. Resume is updated and I’m looking. It will... — read more

RTO is a facade

Workday

Anyone else lose the ability to see the current employee count in WD? I went in to check earlier today and it gave me a message about permissions not being enabled? I had access to this previously, so I'm wondering what's going on.
