Lots - I’m one of them.
Sadly, but it’s true I agree with @uts+1p19eN8q, there is a list (excel format) that list all that info (excludes names) of employees that were RIFed, and the number of those that were 55+ is staggering!
Well over 50. 16 years.
Me. Finding a job will be tougher on us

Me, I'm over 50!
They would have had to hire employees in the last ten years to have younger employees to lay off.
over 50 and a veteran
There’s more older than younger for sure but that’s because the older population gets paid more. To make it seem like it’s not ageism they also let go the exact number of “ younger workers” they need to prove that it’s not targeted. They even provide the person being let go with a list of the ages and job titles affected in that layoff, but not employee names.
The older workers benefit protection act is applicable to those over the age of 40….
Yes that’s why we need this poll. Age age age
Many employees who we forced remote due to office closings during the pandemic or were hired as remote employees are/were veteran staff with many, many years of Fiserv experience. A large portion of them are/were over 50 and are being told to move or be terminated. Ageism at its finest!
