New hires/great quarter? why so many layoffs management? Come on HR, Senior Management comment why you are laying off, it is not due to lack of accomplishment- we are the ones that “made the quarter great- not new hires replacing us.

Not sure if Fiserv will survive this latest rto/layoff. We are already bare bones in DNA. Many of the people built DNA and are it would take years to replace that knowledge.

Keep in mind - 5,000 is the target number to layoff and move or rehire only a portion of that

That will be 1300 years of tenure with no understanding of WTF they are doing or what they are supposed to be doing.

Just hire 1300 people and wait a year. Fiserv will make up the experience in no time!

1,172 years with the 51 comments. Now imagine what this total would be if the entire 800-1000 employees being laid off would be…. 800-1000 is a low number.

Let go after almost 30 years. Refused the “offer” to move.
Best thing that’s happened to me.

15 years and glad it happened. Off to a better position and able to still work remote. Tired of all the nonsense here.
