WHY AREN'T WE GOING UNION- TX employee

Just spoke to someone at CWA today, they're interested in helping, but said the first thing that needs to happen is to get some real names and at least commitment to be willing to go public when the time is right. I did mention to them the fear of dealing with FB and PC previously being ousted for spying on employees inside and outside of work. They said they'd never dealt with stuff like that, but that they had the resources to help if we can figure out a way to drop some of the anonymity and get a list of people down with the cause.
My question to those reading, what tool or method would you feel comfortable using to move this off of these boards to someplace secretive and secure while we get coordinated? I'm open to suggestions, and this is a necessary step to move this forward.

You and the previous poster debunked your own argument. If its more work to fix our current employer (and the employer of untold number of future employees), then by definition we're not taking the lazy route, and are therefore not lazy.
That kind of logic is the same we're seeing from "leadership" that has anyone even thinking of organizing. And it sounds, coincidentally I'm sure, just like something management would say to dissuade others from organizing. Careful with that rhetoric, the NLRB has new rules regarding that type of activity 😉.
Why would someone go through the work and change their current employer, when they could just quit immediately and work for someone else. Clearly they are lazy.
Form a union? Clearly an idea of someone so lazy they can’t find a new job. You’ll be there until the end.

Just the idea of going union is enough to make fRANK lose it, even if just for a few weeks would be worth it.
Forming a union would pi-s Frank off. That alone makes it worth it.
Is there anything worth fighting for at fiserv? The holes are pretty much in the ships hull and most of the old talent is gone.

Frankie Boi will struggle to match Jamie Dimon and will always be frustratingly short.
In height, status, wealth, popularity, importance, and impact.
Let Frankie struggle till fiserv comes out wherever it comes out.
In the meantime update your resume, keep your eyes open for opportunities, and find something better.

Texas ranks some of the lowest rates of union membership. Even if you formed one Texas law allows employees not to join or pay dues
