Have employees been terminated based on their Sapience numbers? If so, with cause or without cause? Have any employees taken legal action against Fiserv because of Sapience?

I am a remote employee. My end date is soon. Fiserv HR told me in writing that I would get severance. I'm wondering if that will really happen, or will Fiserv find some way to cheat me out of it. What do you think?
